Ingredients for Garlic Soup (serves 4):
10 cloves garlic
1 piece of stale bread of about 200-250 grams
4 slices of prosciutto (about 60-75 grams total)
4 eggs (1 per person)
8 tablespoons olive oil (80 ml in total)
1 teaspoon paprika
6 glasses of water or chicken broth (about 1 liter and a half)
salt and black pepper
Recipe for Garlic Soup (for 4 people):
